I went out to take moon pictures a few minutes ago at 1:35am.

Was pleasantly surprised by the colors coming off of the moon tonight.

An aura of purples and beams of blue.

I included a larger number of these shots before the close ups because of that.  

They were just too pretty not to include them.

Did you all go out and look at the moon tonight?

It was just topping the trees on our hill.

Beautiful moon.

I encourage you all to go out and look at the moon as often as you can.

Let that energy soak into you.

Close your eyes and smile.

Just enjoy it.

I always smile for hours after being out in the moonlight and moon gazing.

On to your close ups now.

I did not crop any of these so they are not all nicely centered.

But the beauty is still there.

Sometimes it just feels like you could reach out and touch it.

I wonder what it would feel like?
